1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AdNexus AI ("Service") at getadnexus.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdNexus AI provides an AI-powered interface that connects to advertising platforms (including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others) to enable users to manage campaigns using natural language commands powered by Claude AI.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Review and confirm all AI-suggested actions before execution
• Comply with the terms of service of all connected ad platforms
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or misleading advertising
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service

4. Ad Platform Authorization

When you connect an ad platform account, you grant AdNexus AI permission to read, create, modify, and delete ad campaigns on your behalf as directed by you through the Service. You remain solely responsible for all advertising spend, campaign decisions, and compliance with platform policies. AdNexus AI acts as an agent executing your instructions — not as an independent decision-maker.

5. AI Limitations

AdNexus AI is powered by Claude (Anthropic) and may occasionally produce incorrect or unexpected outputs. All AI-recommended actions require your explicit confirmation before execution. AdNexus AI is not liable for outcomes resulting from actions you approve, including changes to campaign budgets, bids, or targeting settings.

6. Pricing and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@getadnexus.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdNexus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or advertising revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
